Do you remember what you were doing in 1980? I do. It was the year Linda and I decided to open our own business. Our American dream began in an ordinary way. But, time, experience, technology, phenomenal employees and loyal customers have combined to create an EXTRAORDINARY business.
Like any new business, it took us a while to find our rhythm. We knew we were committed to provide state of the art technology and great customer service, but the rest was trial and error. Linda and I learned every niche of this business by doing it ourselves. As we learned more, we invested back into the business and it continues to grow to this day.
OUR 25TH YEAR IN BUSINESS
Knowing your product is a critical key to any business. As we learned more about the potential of each of our products in the marketplace, technology progressed. In 1980, master control units used switches and dials. It was state of the art and effective, but the industry has, and, will continue to, evolve with the invention of new technology. Adaptation has long been our friend. Now, thanks to partnerships with our suppliers and central station, adaptation in this digital age is just that much smoother.
Another critical key to business success is employees. When we hire, we are not just looking to fill a vacancy, we are looking for a new family member. We are so grateful to each and every member of the Security Team family. We have built a strong and successful business together, watched our children grow up over the years and are thankful for your dedication and friendship.
And, last, but certainly not least, we are thankful to our loyal customers. We are honored that you have entrusted us with the fire and security needs of your businesses, your homes and loved ones over the years. We have enjoyed many years of business and support from our customers and look forward to the future.
Thank you.
